Project information you send through our contact form, by email or phone, including photographs, artwork and site or vehicle details.
Billing records needed for quotations and invoices.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries and prepare quotations.
To carry out, invoice and support the work you order.
To keep accounting records we are legally required to hold.
To send you news or offers, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: taking steps to enter into or perform a contract with you; our legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting records); our legitimate interest in running and improving our business; and your consent, for marketing emails.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business, such as our website host (Showit), email provider, accounting software and payment processor, and with our accountant or legal advisers where needed. These providers process data on our behalf and are required to keep it secure.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 2 years. Customer and invoice records are kept for 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required by HMRC. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
