Artwork terms

All of our work requires artwork to some degree. When you, the client, provide us with logo’s, copyrighted images or photographs you are confirming that we have the right to reproduce these images and you have the legal right to give us that permission.

Upon your instructions to provide artwork we will require a £35.00 +VAT deposit to commence your design which will be deducted from your final invoice.

Our artwork charge is £70.00 +VAT per hour and billed on a half hourly basis. We would be pleased to work with your design agency or marketing department to move your project forward. However, by signing this agreement you are agreeing not to forward our visuals to any third-party sign companies.

If our artwork is found to be used by a third party for you or your company, you are agreeing to incur a minimum artwork charge of £70.00 + VAT per hour spent on your artwork.

Once you have received our artwork, we are happy to make any amendments required but this may incur a further charge.

Our Booking-In terms:

Due to time restraints between receiving deposits, design, manufacture & installation, when placing your order, you agree that: We will provisionally book your job into our diary and raise an invoice stating the deposit. Only the receipt of a deposit will secure your time slot.

Please note that we usually run a diary with a 2-3 week waiting list.

Vehicle Preparation terms:

Vehicles must arrive at our workshop washed and clean prior to installation. We will charge for time incurred to clean and or strip vehicles of old graphics, Chapter 8 kits or glue residue as per our above hourly rate. Please advise us of your requirements. Whilst every care is taken to remove and install vinyl graphics, Chapter 8 kits, wrap films and paint protection film to or from your vehicle, Sign Rite Grafix will not accept any liability for any damage caused due to substandard paintwork. It is your responsibility to advise us of any paintwork repairs your vehicle may have had. We may remove manufacturers badges to conform with artwork provided.

Vehicle Wrapping warranty and materials

We install 3M, Avery, Hexis and Orafol cast wrap materials depending on customer preference. We are not the manufacture of the product and all warranties are subject to the manufacture’s specifications of the product. For warranty information you must visit the manufactures website for specific information regarding the product you We are not liable for the paint condition of the vehicle when installing. Any rust, bubbling, scratches, dents or other damage will be visible through the film, and such surface imperfections may damage the film or cause the film to fail prematurely. Any recently applied finish must be fully cured for a minimum of 30 days prior to film being applied. ordered. However, if there is something wrong with the product our manufactures do stand behind their products as do, we, so please do not hesitate to contact us. Damage done to the vinyl material by the customer or any third party is not a warranty issue and will not be covered as such.

Although vinyl manufactures guarantee their materials to last up to 5 years, high end material 7 to 10 years, the actual lifespan of a vehicle wrap will be considerably less. In reality it is more or less 3-5 years depending on the weather and after care. Certain areas such as roofs, bumpers or bonnets will require replacement between 1-2 years where there has been prolonged sun exposure. No warranties on Chrome, Plastic, Mastic caulking and Non-Factory Finished paint. We will not wrap over primer.

Our Payment terms:

When ordering, you agree that:

Unless otherwise discussed, deposits are required prior to purchase of materials and manufacture and to secure your slot in our diary. Invoices below £250.00 plus VAT must be made in full. Invoices above this value will require a minimum of £250.00 plus VAT or 50% of the value, whatever is the greater.

Deposits for Vehicle wraps cannot be refunded after materials have been purchased.

Invoices are due for payment upon completion. Payment can be made via BACs or credit/debit card (not American Express). We do not accept cheques. If payment is not received within ten days of invoice date, you will be put on “stop” and no further work will be carried out until the balance has been cleared. The ownership of the goods delivered, collected, or installed shall remain with Sign Rite Grafix until such time as the goods are paid for in full. Any queries to be notified within 10 days of Invoice date.
